The Howard Jones Trio Was AMAZING but WOW — Nick Beggs on Bass!!
They called it the “acoustic” trio tour, but it was more like “lightly amp’d” or “slightly amplified” with only the piano keyboard sounds (no synths)…
In this show, Nick played three bottom-end instruments:
- Chapman Stick – he opened with it!
- Upright electric bass – unknown brand/model…
- Spector Coda electric bass – 4-string/custom
