He Must’ve Been in the Arts.
That’s what we thought when we entered the beautiful home in New Canaan, CT for day 3 of the estate sale. And we were right; he had been in the decorative arts, at the highest levels! Apparently, he had designed interiors and more, running two companies.
Each room was a delightful discovery, full of sublime design, fabulous fabrics and furnishings, and marvelous objets d’art. Going room-to-room, with our eyes wide and mouths hanging open with amazement, all we could say was, “Wow!” And the grounds of this estate were magical too…
