Tuesday feels like an un-storied day without mystery or legend. Seems like Tuesday’s greatest value is that it isn’t Monday. It’s a calm, mundane day when things get done quietly, without pomp or ceremony. Nobody makes big announcements on a Tuesday. Big events and launches are never planned for the second day of the work week. They wait a day or two, for closer proximity to the promise of a pending week’s end…

So on Tuesdays, I like to mix it up, spice it up, make it feel more like a different day. Like a Thursday maybe. Anyway, here are some old-school, fake, faux, imitation “tintype” style edits using the Hipstamatic app over iPhone shots of trees by Long Island Sound as my offering to spice up your Tuesday (and mine).
