When I saw this guy in the lowest sub-basement of a home nestled between rock outcroppings, built in four levels cascading down a hillside, I nearly laughed out loud.

But I managed to contain my laughter, grinned, and said, “Dude, you are spelunking at an estate sale!” He smiled, looked up, adjusted his cave-explorer-style “headlight” and replied, “Yeah, I guess I’m ready for anything with this on my head!”

I nodded in agreement, still grinning, and asked to take a mobile photo of him with his headgear; he agreed and here’s the shot…
