My Son’s Dirty Thirty Day

The boy who waited. Waited for what? He waited in the womb for 15 minutes to be sure he was not born on April Fools Day — a smart little baby boy! I like to think of it as his first really good choice; a wise pre-birth decision, much like the opening verse of our friend Dorian’s song, “Make Me (a Dream)” which you can watch here.

Today’s post is all about my son who turned thirty on April 2, 2022. If you’re into numerology, check this out: it’s Day 92 and Post #92 of my 2022 post-a-pic-per-day-project and my son was born on this date in ’92! Does that mean anything? I don’t know, but he’s a beautiful human — son, cousin, nephew, grandson — who has lived for three decades, so here’s a “throwback” gallery of him (in descending date/age order) for his big birth anniversary…
