With my press credentials, I attended the Fancy Food Show aka “FFS” on June 25th 2023. The FFS, an event formerly known as “The Specialty Food Show”, completely filled the cavernous Javits Center in Manhattan, with culinary, savory, and olfactory delights!

Luckily, I was guided through the huge, delicious food event by Chef Diana Andrews, so I didn’t get lost, and learned a few tricks for finding the best food samples. My guide introduced me to some great products and people she knew — Melissa’s, BelGioioso, Urbani Truffle, Source Atlantique, Oryx Desert Salt, and more — we made several new “food friends” throughout the day.
